• We will only use the information provided for the purpose in which it is intended (i.e. organising a whale watching holidays and processing an order.
• This information will not be released to or discussed with a third party unless it is necessary in order to process your order/enquiry (i.e. booking accommodation)
• Access to this information is limited to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to you or in order to do their jobs.
